摘 要:【目的】针对雪茄烟叶晾制过程中出现产品品质参差不齐和成品率低下的问题,对晾房结构和通风方式进行优化和改进,从而提升其内部各物理场的均匀性。【方法】构建雪茄烟叶晾房内部流场、温度场和湿度场3场耦合的数学模型,并利用CFD(computational fluid dynamics)软件对晾房内部3个物理场进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,现有晾房内存在涡流和短路风道的问题,导致晾房内部流场、温度场和湿度场分布不均匀。运用工业通风中的置换通风原理,通过增设内置风道和调整风机布置位置来提升现有晾房内部的均匀性。【结果】仿真结果表明,优化后的晾房内部流场均匀性提升了57.43%,温度场均匀性提升了33.81%,湿度场均匀性提升了11.12%。【结论】优化现有雪茄烟叶晾房,使其内部各物理场的均匀性得到了显著改善,明显提升雪茄烟的晾制品质和晾制效率。【Objective】To address the issues of uneven product quality and low yield during the drying process of cigar tobacco leaves,it is necessary to optimize and improve the structure of the drying room and the ventilation method.These enhancements aim to improve the uniformity of the various physical fields within the drying room.【Method】A mathematical model was constructed coupling the flow field,temperature field,and humidity field within the drying room for cigar tobacco leaves,and CFD(computational fluid dynamics)software was utilized to conduct numerical simulations of these three physical fields within the drying room.The simulation results indicated that there were issues of vortex formation and short-circuit air pathways in the current drying room,leading to uneven distribution of the flow field,temperature field,and humidity field.By applying the principle of displacement ventilation in industrial ventilation,the uniformity within the current drying room can be improved through the addition of internal air ducts and the adjustment of fan placement.【Result】The simulation results show that the uniformity of the flow field within the optimized drying room improved by 57.43%,the uniformity of the temperature field improved by 33.81%,and the uniformity of the humidity field improved by 11.12%.【Conclusion】Optimizing the existing drying room for cigar tobacco leaves significantly improved the uniformity of the various physical fields within the room,thereby markedly enhancing the drying quality and efficiency of the cigar tobacco.
