摘  要:在自研5052-Er铝合金基础上,通过0.2%NaHSO_(3)溶液浸泡实验对比研究了5052与5052-Er铝合金的耐蚀性,基于拉伸试验及电导率数据探讨了5052与5052-Er力学/电学性能衰减的量变规律,并通过组织与结构的变化探索了性能衰减的内在原因。结果表明:浸泡144 h后,5052-Er的腐蚀失重仅为5052的62.3%;浸泡前5052-Er的抗拉强度较5052提高了15.9%,且浸泡144 h后5052-Er的抗拉强度基本不变;浸泡前5052-Er电导率较5052提高了28.4%,浸泡144 h后则较5052提高了37.7%。添加Er产生的细晶强化、Al_(3)Er析出物的弥散强化及更低的腐蚀失重是延缓5052-Er抗拉强度随腐蚀时间延长而衰减的关键因素。添加Er还降低了Fe、Si等其它合金元素固溶对导电性的负面作用,并结合耐蚀性优势使5052-Er电导率在浸泡前后均优于5052。Based on previous research of 5052-Er aluminum alloys,this study aims to compare corrosion resistance of 5052 and 5052-Er aluminum alloys in 0.2%NaHSO_(3)solution through immersion experiments,explore the effect of Er alloying on the corrosion resistance and mechanical/electrical properties of 5052 aluminum alloys in simulated industrial environments,and reveal the underlying reasons for performance degradation.The results show that corrosion weight loss of 5052-Er was only 62.3%of 5052 after soaking for 144 hours.Fine grain strengthening generated by the addition of Er and the second phase dispersion strengthening of Al_(3)Er promote a 15.9%increase in the tensile strength of 5052-Er compared to 5052,and its high corrosion resistance makes it less susceptible to tensile strength loss in 0.2%NaHSO_(3)solution.Diminution of side effect of Fe,Si melting because of Er addition leads to a 28.4%increase in conductivity compared to 5052 before soaking.,Conductivity of 5052-Er increases by 37.7%compared to 5052 with the help of lower corrosion weight loss after 144 hours of soaking.
