摘  要:热变形是钢铁显微组织和性能调控的重要加工方式之一。针对马氏体时效钢热变形工艺需求,通过试样在900~1150℃变形温度下以不同变形速率进行热压缩实验,基于变形过程中的真应力应变曲线,利用Arrhenius本构模型和动态材料模型构建本构方程和热加工图,结合显微组织表征,研究了Fe-Ni-Al-Mo系马氏体时效钢应力应变特征和适宜的热加工工艺。结果表明:真应力应变曲线呈现出单峰特征的动态再结晶、双峰特征的动态再结晶和动态回复3种类型。热加工图显示Fe-Ni-Al-Mo系马氏体时效钢适宜的热加工工艺参数区间的应变速率为0.010~0.096 s^(-1)、热变形温度为1025~1150℃和应变速率为0.010~0.016 s^(-1)、热变形温度为900~925℃。Hot deformation is one of the most important processing modes for the microstructure and property control of steel.In this paper,for the hot deformation process demand of maraging steel,thermal compression experiments with different deformation rates were carried out at 900~1150℃by using the thermal simulator,based on the true stress strain curve during deformation,the Arrhenius intrinsic model and dynamic material model were used to construct the intrinsic equations and hot working diagrams and combined with the characterization of microstructures,the stress strain characteristics and suitable hot working process of Fe-Ni-Al-Mo maraging steel were investigated.Stress strain characteristics and suitable hot working processes were investigated.The results show that the true stress strain curves exhibit three types:dynamic recrystallization with single peak characteristics,dynamic recrystallization with double peak characteristics and dynamic recovery.The hot processing map shows that the suitable hot process parameters for Fe-Ni-Al-Mo maraging steels are strain rate 0.010~0.096 s^(-1),hot deformation temperature 1025~1150℃and strain rate 0.010~0.016 s^(-1),hot deformation temperature 900~925℃.
