摘 要:包钢2250 mm热连轧机原始CVC工作辊轧制过程中易产生难以用常规手段消除的高次浪形,针对此问题,包钢优化设计了具有高次浪形调控能力的4次辊形并取得了较好的控制效果,但是该辊形的板形调控能力缺少系统分析。以上述工作辊为研究对象建立辊系有限元模型,分析优化前后工作辊板形调控特性和辊间接触压力分布形式的变化规律,得出现4次辊形具有高次凸度调控能力的同时弯辊调控能力增加7.6%,窜辊调控能力减少2.1%。通过压力峰值和不均匀度描述辊间接触压力分布特征并进行量化处理,得出改进前后不同调控手段下压力峰值和不均匀度呈现一致的变化趋势,四次辊形压力峰值和不均匀度均有所下降,有利于缓解轧辊局部磨损。The original CVC work roll of 2250 mm hot strip mill of Baotou Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd is prone to producing high order wave shapes which are difficult to eliminate with conventional means during the rolling process.To address this issue,Baotou Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd has optimized and designed the fourth roll shape with high order wave shape control capability and achieved good control effect.However,there is a lack of systematic analysis of the roll shape control ability.Taking the above-mentioned work roll as the research object,the finite element model of the roll system is established,and the change rules of the shape control characteristics of the work roll and the distribution of the contact pressure between the rolls before and after the optimization were analyzed.It is found that the control capability of the bending roll is increased by 7.6%and the control ability of the shifting roll is decreased by 2.1%while the fourth roll shape has the control capability of the high crown.The distribution characteristics of the contact pressure between rolls are described by pressure peak value and non-uniformity,and the quantitative treatment is carried out.It is concluded that the pressure peak value and non-uniformity under different control measures show a consistent trend of change before and after improvement.The peak value and non-uniformity of the fourth roll shape pressure have both decreased,which is beneficial for alleviating the local wear of the rolls.
