摘 要:在计算线轨中滚动副间的滚动磨损时,经典的Archard磨损模型使用工作台滑动距离来计算磨损体积。然而,滚动摩擦区域不等于滑动摩擦区域。因此,导致在计算滚动摩擦时产生了误差。在微观领域,滚动线轨磨损计算中不可忽视真实滑动距离。以SGX-15线性导轨副为研究对象,通过对受压滑块内滚珠与滚道间的接触力学分析,推导出外载荷与接触斑大小的关系模型。利用蠕滑理论分析了切向力在接触斑内真实滑动区域的分布。进而,利用蠕滑对经典的滑动Archard磨损模型中滑动距离进行了修正。仿真分析结果表明:利用蠕滑计算的真实滚道磨损体积小于经典Archard磨损模型计算结果,随着接触力的增加,切向力和接触斑长轴相应呈非线性变化。Archard修正模型计算结果与实际更加相符。结论为后续滚动线轨的减缓精度退化奠定了基础。In the calculation of rolling wear between ball and raceway in linear rolling pairs,the classical Archard wear model is commonly used to determine wear volume based on table sliding distance.However,this approach may result in errors as the rolling friction area is not equivalent to the sliding friction area.In the micro field,neglecting the actual sliding distance in the calculation of wear in the rolling linear guideway can lead to inaccuracies.To address this issue,this study used SGX-15 linear guide pairs as research subjects and analyzed the contact mechanics between the ball and raceway in the compression slider to derive a relational model between external load and contact area size.The distribution of the real sliding area within the contact area was analyzed using the creep theory.Furthermore,the sliding distance in the classical sliding Archard wear model was corrected using creep slip.The simulation result shows,the actual wear volume of the raceway calculated by creep is smaller than that calculated by the classical Archard wear model,as the contact force increases,the tangential force and the long axis of the contact area exhibit corresponding nonlinear changes.The modified Archard model calculation results are more consistent with reality.The conclusions of this article can lay the foundation for subsequent research on the accuracy degradation of rolling linear rails.
