摘 要:为了研究混合花岗岩地层条件下盾构刀盘的设计选型,基于东莞地铁1号线某区间工程实例,研究了混合花岗岩地层的地质特性及盾构刀盘的地质适应性,并对各类地层的地质特征和盾构施工常遇到的问题进行探讨,同时根据混合花岗岩地层地质特点,对刀盘结构、刀盘耐磨性、刀具选型等问题开展针对性设计,以保证在实际工程中的最终应用。利用Abaqus软件对盾构刀盘进行建模分析,通过对软岩、硬岩、上软下硬3种不同工况的针对性分析,验证了混合花岗岩地层下刀盘设计的合理性。To study the design and selection of shield disk cutter under mixed granite formation conditions,a case study was conducted based on a project section of the Dongguan Metro Line 1.The geological characteristics of the mixed granite formation and the geological adaptability of the shield disk cutter were analyzed.The geological features of various strata and common problems encountered during shield tunneling were discussed.Targeted designs for the disk cutter structure,wear resistance and tool selection were proposed based on the geological characteristics of the mixed granite formation,which were subsequently applied in practical engineering.Using Abaqus software,a model of the shield disk cutter was developed and analyzed under three working conditions:soft rock,hard rock and mixed soft-hard rock.The results validated the rationality of the disk cutter design for mixed granite formations.
