摘 要:利用ABAQUS有限元软件对带有直螺栓纵向连接件矩形顶管接头的抗剪性能及影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:1)剪切作用下,接头混凝土手孔处最先破坏,直螺栓左右接头受力呈中心对称式,钢套环屈服发生在倒角处;2)接头受剪切作用下的位移-荷载曲线分为3个阶段:接触阶段、工作阶段、失效-破坏阶段,工作阶段接头抗剪刚度最大;3)增大钢套环厚度可提升接头抗剪承载能力;直螺栓直径每增加2 mm,接头第一阶段抗剪刚度提高8.2%~10.0%。The shear performance and influencing factors of rectangular pipe jacking joints with straight bolt longitudinal connectors were analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software.The results show that:1)Under the shear action,the concrete hand hole of the joint is destroyed first,the force of the left and right joints of the straight bolt is symmetrical,and the yield of the steel sleeve ring occurs at the chamfer.2)The displacement-load curve of the joint under shear action is divided into three stages:contact stage,working stage and failure-failure stage,and the shear stiffness of the joint is the largest in the second stage.3)Increasing the thickness of the steel sleeve ring can improve the shear bearing capacity of the joint.For every 2 mm increase in the diameter of the straight bolt,the shear stiffness of the first stage of the joint is increased by 8.2%~10.0%.
