摘 要:碱-硅酸反应(Alkali-Silica Reaction,简称ASR)被称为混凝土的癌症,严重威胁结构安全以及使用寿命。研究了以5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%的陶瓷抛光渣(Ceramic Polishing Slag,简称CPS)取代水泥制备砂浆棒并进行混凝土抗压强度试验,探究了CPS对ASR的抑制效果以及对混凝土强度的影响,为工程应用提供依据。结果表明:CPS对ASR有抑制作用,质量分数越大抑制效果越好,并且CPS的质量分数在达到30%时能有效抑制ASR;掺入CPS会导致早期混凝土抗压强度降低。The Alkali-Silica Reaction(ASR)is known as the cancer of concrete,which is a serious threat to structural safety and service life.This paper studied the preparation of mortar rods with 5%,10%,15%,20%,25%and 30%Ceramic Polishing Slag(CPS)instead of cement,and carried out concrete compressive strength tests to explore the inhibition effect of CPS on ASR and the influence of CPS on concrete strength.It provides the basis for engineering application.The results showed that CPS had an inhibitory effect on ASR,and the higher the mass fraction,the better the inhibitory effect,and the mass fraction of CPS could effectively inhibit ASR when it reached 30%.The addition of CPS will reduce the compressive strength of early concrete.
