半夏厚朴汤加虫类药化裁方治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨半夏厚朴汤加虫类药化裁方治疗感染后咳嗽(PIC)的疗效。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月PIC患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊,口服,2粒/次,3次/d;观察组给予半夏厚朴汤加虫类药化裁方,一剂两煎,口服,早晚温服各1次。两组疗程均为7~14 d,14 d后进行疗效评价。结果治疗前后,两组患者白细胞介素6(IL-6)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)组内及组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组显效率、有效率及总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组莱赛斯特咳嗽生命质量问卷(LCQ)评分与中医证候积分均改善,观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论半夏厚朴汤加虫类药化裁方能够改善PIC症状,疗效良好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Banxia Houpu Tang Jia Chongleiyao Huacaifang(BXHPTJCLYHCF)in the intervention of post-infectious cough(PIC).Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted.80 patients with PIC were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group were given compound methoxamine capsules orally,3 times a day,2 capsules each time.The 40 patients in the observation group were given BXHPTJCLYHCF,one dose and two decoctions,orally,and taken warmly once in the morning and evening.The treatment course of the two groups of patients was 7 to 14 days,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after 14 days.Results The interleukins 6(IL-6)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRR)of the observation group and the treatment group were within the normal range before and after treatment,and there was no statistical difference in the intra-group and inter-group comparisons before and after treatment(P>0.05).The apparent efficiency,effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Leicester Cough Life Quality Questionnaire(LCQ)scores and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome evaluation scores were significantly improved in both groups,the observation group improved more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Houpu Tang Jia Chongleiyao Huacaifang can can improve cough symptoms in patients with PIC with good efficacy.
