参黄散外敷神阙穴对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后胃肠功能不全的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参黄散外敷神阙穴对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后胃肠功能不全的疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2022年11月台州市肿瘤医院行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术术后胃肠功能不全患者64例。随机分成观察组和对照组,各32例。观察组在常规治疗上加用参黄散外敷神阙穴,对照组在常规治疗上加用安慰剂贴剂外敷神阙穴。观察两组患者术后首次排气与排便时间、开始流质与半流质饮食时间、术后住院时间、中医证候和住院费用。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者术后更早出现排气和排便,开始进食流质饮食和半流质饮食时间提前,术后住院时间缩短(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(93.7%)高于对照组(84.4%)(Z=-2.41,P=0.016)。结论参黄散外敷神阙穴有助于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后患者胃肠功能不全的治疗。Objective To observe the efficacy of external application of Shenhuang powde to Shenque on gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods Sixty four patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in Taizhou tumor hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group.The observation group added the external application of Shenque with Shenhuang powder patch on top of the conventional treatment,and the control group added the external application of Shenque with placebo patch on top of the conventional treatment.Observed the time of first exhaust and defecation,the time of starting liquid and semi-liquid diet,the total number of days in hospital,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and the hospitalization expenses of the two groups of patients after surgery.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had earlier exhaust and defecation after operation,and the time to start eating liquid diet and semi liquid diet was earlier,and the postoperative hospital stay was reduced(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 93.7%in the observation group and 84.4%in the control group(Z=-2.41,P=0.016).Conclusion External application of Shenhuang powder to Shenque is helpful for the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.
