摘 要:目的分析情景模拟训练体系对肩关节镜术后患者康复的短期疗效。方法选取肩袖损伤后行肩关节镜手术患者52例,分为对照组与观察组各26例。对照组实施常规术后康复指导方案,观察组应用情景模拟训练体系辅助进行术后康复锻炼。比较两组患者术后Constant评分、视觉模拟(VAS)评分、美国肩肘外科医师学会(ASES)评分、肩关节关节活动度(ROM)。结果术后2个月Constant评分、VAS评分、ASES评分以及肩关节ROM、患者满意度方面比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟训练体系不仅能够有效减轻术后肩部的疼痛感,还能提升肩关节的活动范围,进而改善术后肩关节的整体功能,从而提高患者的满意度。Objective To analyze the short-term efficacy of a scenario simulation training system on the rehabilitation of patients after shoulder arthroscopy.Methods A total of 52 patients who underwent shoulder arthroscopy due to rotator cuff injuries were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 26 patients in each group.The control group received conventional postoperative rehabilitation guidance,while the observation group was assisted with a scenario simulation training system for postoperative rehabilitation exercises.The postoperative Constant score,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES)score,and shoulder joint range of motion(ROM)were compared between the two groups.Results At 2 months postoperatively,the observation group showed superior results compared to the control group in terms of Constant score,VAS score,ASES score,shoulder joint ROM,and patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The scenario simulation training system not only effectively reduces postoperative shoulder pain but also enhances the range of motion of the shoulder joint,thereby improving the overall function of the shoulder joint after surgery and increasing patient satisfaction.
