基于3S2E模式的无陪护理在下肢骨折术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于3S2E模式的无陪护理干预对下肢骨折术后患者的影响。方法选择2024年3~6月下肢骨折患者42例(对照组),2024年7~10月下肢骨折患者42例(观察组)。两组均给予常规优质护理,观察组加用基于3S2E模式的无陪护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预后的功能锻炼依从性、下肢运动功能水平、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果护理干预后,观察组患者功能锻炼依从性、下肢运动功能水平和护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于3S2E模式的无陪护理干预能改善下肢骨折术后患者的功能锻炼依从性、下肢运动功能水平和护理满意度,并降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the impact of unattended nursing intervention based on the 3S2E model on patients after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with lower limb fractures were selected and divided into two groups:42 patients treated from March to June 2024(the control group)and 42 patients treated from July to October 2024(the observation group).Both groups received routine high-quality nursing care,while the observation group additionally received unattended nursing intervention based on the 3S2E model.The functional exercise compliance,lower limb motor function level,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after the nursing intervention.Results After the nursing intervention,the observation group showed significantly higher scores in functional exercise compliance,lower limb motor function level,and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Unattended nursing intervention based on the 3S2E model can improve functional exercise compliance,lower limb motor function level,and nursing satisfaction in patients after lower limb fracture surgery,while also reducing the complication rate.
