超声介导下中药雾化熏蒸疗法在混合痔术后疼痛管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声介导下中药雾化熏蒸疗法在混合痔术后疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年9月本院手术治疗的混合痔(证型属湿热下注证)患者74例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。两组均予术后常规护理;对照组予常规中药熏洗坐浴疗法;观察组予超声介导下中药雾化熏蒸疗法。比较两组患者疼痛程度(VAS评分)、常规治疗外使用止痛药次数、术后肛门水肿程度及临床疗效。结果观察组术后3d、6d VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),使用止痛药次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后6 d肛门水肿程度低于对照组(P<0.05);两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声介导下中药雾化熏蒸疗法能改善肛门术后水肿,降低混合痔术后疼痛。Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided traditional Chinese medicine atomization fumigation therapy in pain management after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods 74 patients with mixed hemorrhoids(syndrome type belonging to damp heat descending syndrome)who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 37 cases in each group.Both groups received standard postoperative nursing routines.The control group received conventional traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitz bath therapy.The observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided traditional Chinese medicine nebulization fumigation therapy.Compared the pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)scores],frequency of external use of painkillers,degree of postoperative anal edema,and clinical symptom efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques between two groups of patients.Result The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on postoperative days 3 and 6(P<0.05),and the number of times painkillers were used in addition to conventional treatment was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of anal edema in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 6 days after surgery(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided traditional Chinese medicine nebulization fumigation therapy can improve postoperative anal edema and reduce postoperative pain in mixed hemorrhoids.
