集束化护理在极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价集束化护理在极低出生体重儿(VLBWI)喂养不耐受中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1~12月22例VLBWI作为对照组(常规护理措施)。2023年1~12月18例VLBWI为观察组(集束化护理措施)。比较两组完全喂养时间、住院时间及患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组完全喂养时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可缩短VLBWI完全喂养时间,改善患儿预后,强化患儿家属参与,提高家属满意度水平,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of bundled nursing care in managing feeding intolerance in very low birth weight infants(VLBWIs).Methods A total of 22 VLBWIs admitted from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group(receiving routine nursing care),while 18 VLBWIs admitted from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group(receiving bundled nursing care).The time to achieve full feeding,length of hospital stay,and family satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a significantly shorter time to achieve full feeding and a shorter hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).Family satisfaction with nursing care was also significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bundled nursing care can effectively reduce the time to achieve full feeding in VLBWIs,improve infant outcomes,enhance family involvement,and increase family satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
