高校学生功能型党支部“1+3+N”育人模式探索

摘　　要：随着高等教育规模迅速扩大,功能型党支部凭借结构灵活的优势,逐渐成为高校党建形式的有力补充,为异地办学、校企联培等模式下流动党员组织生活难开展、先锋作用难发挥、教育管理边缘化等问题提供解决办法。通过梳理国内功能型党支部建设的相关研究,结合高校人才培养的实际环节,以地缘、业缘、趣缘为联结纽带,提出学生功能型党支部在高校的具体应用——“1+3+N”育人模式,以制度建设为基础,以科研创新、社会实践、就业创业三个方面为抓手,最终在N方面提升育人成效,为新时代高校党建和人才培养提供创新路径。With the rapid expansion of the scale of higher education,functional party branches,relying on the advantage of flexible structure,have gradually become a powerful supplement to the forms of Party building in colleges and universities.They provide solutions to problems such as the difficulty in carrying out the organizational life of mobile Party members,the difficulty in giving play to their vanguard role,and the marginalization of education and management under models such as running schools in different places and joint cultivation between universities and enterprises.By sorting out the relevant research on the construction of functional party branches in China and combining with the actual links of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,taking geographical,vocational and interest-related connections as the bonds,it puts forward the specific application of student functional party branches in colleges and universities-the“1+3+N”talent cultivation mode.Based on the construction of the system,taking scientific research innovation,social practice,and employment and entrepreneurship as the starting points,and finally improving the effectiveness of talent cultivation in the N aspect,it provides an innovative path for Party building and talent cultivation in colleges and universities in the new era.
