摘 要:三全育人坚持全员、全过程、全方位的育人理念,与构建以立德树人为核心的高校思政教育实效性评价体系在实现目标和途径等方面不谋而合。三全育人背景下构建高校思政教育实效性评价体系具有建设健全思政教育整体过程、检测高校师生以思想品德为核心的综合能力以及培育社会主义核心价值观的重要意义。然而现实状况下,实效性评价体系的构建存在一定的问题和困境,需要在提升重视程度、优化整体结构、加强针对性、重视评价主体等方面多下功夫,以保持三全育人背景下评价体系前进的驱动力和活力。Three-All-Round Education adheres to the educational concept of engaging all personnel,throughout the entire process,and in all aspects.This concept aligns with the construction of an evaluation system for the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which has moral cultivation at its core,in terms of both the goals to be achieved and the approaches to be taken.Under the backdrop of Three-All-Round Education,constructing such an evaluation system for the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of great significance.It helps to improve and perfect the overall process of ideological and political education,assess the comprehensive capabilities of college teachers and students with an emphasis on their ideological and moral qualities,and foster the socialist core values.However,in the current situation,there are certain problems and challenges in the construction of the effectiveness evaluation system.More efforts need to be made in areas such as increasing the level of attention,optimizing the overall structure,enhancing pertinence,and attaching importance to the evaluation subjects,so as to maintain the driving force and vitality of the evaluation system under the background of Three-All-Round Education.
