摘  要:虚拟仿真实训教学系统建设是当前柔性制造实训教学亟须面对和解决的关键问题之一。通过分析目前南通大学柔性制造系统模块的教学现状,提出了以南通大学转向螺母智能制造生产系统为参照,等比例建设虚拟仿真教学系统的方案。通过虚实联动教学,既能有效解决本科教学中学生多、设备台套数少、教学内容复杂等原因引起的教学效果不佳、安全隐患大、学生动手操作机会少的问题,又能全面提升学生在实验教学环节中的自主学习能力、解决复杂问题能力、协同合作能力和综合创新能力,提高了学生的主观能动性,达到高层次人才培养的目标。The construction of a virtual simulation training teaching system is one of the key issues that urgently need to be addressed and resolved in current flexible manufacturing training teaching.By analyzing the current teaching situation of the flexible manufacturing system module at Nantong University,a scheme is proposed to construct a virtual simulation teaching system in an equal proportion,taking the intelligent manufacturing production system of steering nuts at Nantong University as a reference.Through the teaching method of integrating virtual and real scenarios,it can effectively solve the problems such as poor teaching effects,high safety hazards,and limited hands-on operation opportunities for students in undergraduate teaching,which are caused by factors such as a large number of students,a small number of equipment sets,and complex teaching content.Moreover,it can comprehensively enhance students’autonomous learning ability,their ability to solve complex problems,and their collaborative cooperation ability in the experimental teaching process.It also improves students’subjective initiative and comprehensive innovative ability,thus achieving the goal of cultivating high-level talents.
