摘　　要：公共服务的发展水平存在于一个适度的区间范围内,若公共服务的发展超出了发展适度区间的上限,将会对一国或一个地区的经济带来负向影响。从中国当前及未来一段时间内的公共服务发展状况来看,中国的公共服务水平还有很大的提升空间。文章以全新的视角重新认识中国公共服务的发展,借鉴发达国家的经验,提出适合中国国情的公共服务及其均等化发展的政策路径。The development level of public services exists within a moderate range.If the development of public services exceeds the upper limit of the m oderate range,it will have a negative impact on the economy of a countr y or region.According to the current and future development of public services in China,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the level of public services in China.This article reexamines the development of public services in China from a brand new perspective,draws on the experience of developed countries,and ultimately proposes policy paths for public services and their equal development that are suitable for China’s national conditions.
