摘　　要：企业在转型过程中需应对交易风险、信用风险和操作风险等复杂的金融风险,而金融风险的管理和控制对于确保企业电子商务转型的成功具有重大意义。传统的金融风险管理模型在新的电子商务环境下需要被重新审视和调整,以适应数字化交易的特性和需求。因此,文章将深入探讨企业在电子商务转型过程中遇到的金融风险类型,分析现代技术工具如数据分析、自动化监控系统和区块链技术在风险管理中的具体应用,并评估各种策略在实际管理中的效果和挑战。Enterprises need to deal with complex financial risks such as transaction risk,credit risk,and operational risk during the transformation process,and financial risk management and control are of great significance for ensuring the success of enterprise e-commerce transformation.The traditional financial risk management model needs to be reexamined and adjusted in the new e-commerce environment to adapt to the characteristics and needs of digital transactions.Therefore,this article will delve into the types of financial risks in the transformation of e-commerce,analyze the application of modern technological tools such as data analysis,automated monitoring systems,and blockchain technology in risk management,and evaluate the effectiveness and challenges of various strategies in practical management.
