摘　　要：南京国民政府成立之初,“北四行”准备库决议仿效中国银行、交通银行两家国家银行发行暗记券,以应对市场危机与时局动荡。为推广中南暗记券,准备库构建一套独特的领发制度。其首要特征为形成以四行领发为主、分库自发为辅的内部领用机制。其次,准备库和四行还分别与其他行庄签定领兑合约,助推暗记券流通至边远地区或基层市场。这种多层次、多渠道的领券发行制度,迅速扩大了中南暗记券的发行规模,拓宽了流通范围,从而彰显出近代中国金融制度演进的多元性。进一步而言,暗记券领用制在一定程度上形塑了银、钱关系,增强了钱庄对银行的依赖性,对规范货币市场和统一货币发行具有重要意义。When the Nanjing National Government was first established,the“North Four Banks”prepared to issue bank bills with secret marks similar to those of the China and Communications state banks to cope with the turbulent times and market crises.To promote the use of the China and South Sea bank bills with secret marks,the reserve bank established a unique system of issuance and distribution.Its main features included the predominance of four banks,and supplementary self-issuance within the warehouse,as well as direct internal use.Additionally,the reserve bank and the four banks could also sign contracts with other banking establishments for issuance and redemption,which helped to facilitate the circulation of the bills with secret marks to remote areas or grassroots markets.This multi-layered and multi-channel system for issuing and redeeming bank bills not only rapidly increased the issuance scale of the China and South Sea bank bills with secret marks and expanded their circulation range,but also demonstrated the diversity of the evolution of China's financial system in modern times.Looking further,the system of redeeming bank bills with secret marks also played a role in shaping the relationship between state banks and private banks(Qianzhuang),gradually strengthening the dependence of private banks on state banks,and had significant implications for regulating the currency market and standardizing currency issuance.
