摘 要:为高效求解砂处理工艺中输送设备基础的振动响应,通过对设备和基础组成的力学系统进行整体模型假定,建立六自由度动力学方程。基于微分方程解的特性,将六自由度动力学方程转换为一个十二元一次线性代数方程组的求解,该方法准确且高效。将输送设备及其基础假定为六自由度模型并给出快速求解振动响应的方法,这对结构工程师进行方案设计及比选具有重要的意义。In order to efficiently solve the vibration response of the foundation of the conveying equipment in the sand treatment process,a six-degree-of-freedom dynamic equation was established by making overall model assumptions on the mechanical system composed of the equipment and the foundation.Based on the characteristics of differential equation solutions,the six-degree-of-freedom dynamic equation is transformed into a system of decimal linear algebraic equations.This method is accurate and efficient.The conveying equipment and its foundation are assumed to be a six-degree-of-freedom model and a method to quickly solve the vibration response is given,which is of great significance to structural engineers in scheme design and comparison.
