摘 要:分析YH-15航空液压油和RP-3航空煤油混合油液的红外光谱吸光度比值R_(1460/1731)及运动粘度γ_(50)与RP-3的体积分数φ的定量关系。结果表明,随着混合油液中RP-3含量增多,R_(1460/1731)逐渐增大,但是非线性的,定量关系为R_(1460/1731)=1.87+1.46×φ/(100-φ)。随着混合油液中RP-3含量增多,γ_(50)逐渐减小,也是非线性的,呈指数函数关系γ_(50)=14.7×exp(-x/52.18)-1.5。通过测定吸光度比R_(1460/1731)和运动粘度γ_(50)相结合的方法,可以为YH-15航空液压油和RP-3航空煤油混合油液检测提供参考。The quantitative relationship between the infrared spectral absorbance ratio R_(1460/1731) and the kinematic viscosity γ_(50) and the volume fractionφof RP-3 for the mixed oil of YH-15 aviation hydraulic oil and RP-3 aviation kerosene was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of RP-3 content in the mixed oil,R_(1460/1731) gradually increases,but the quantitative relationship is non-linear R_(1460/1731)=1.87+1.46×φ/(100-φ).As the content of RP-3 in the mixed oil increases,γ_(50) gradually decreases,which is also nonlinear and shows an exponential function relationship:γ_(50)=14.7×exp(-x/52.18)-1.5.The combination of measuring the absorbance ratio R_(1460/1731) and the kinematic viscosity γ_(50) can provide a reference for the testing of YH-15 aviation hydraulic oil and RP-3 aviation kerosene mixed oil.
