摘 要:在“双碳”目标的推进下,我国将构建以燃气供热为主导,电采暖为辅助,其他清洁能源为补充的多元化供热能源体系。WNS型燃气热水锅炉运行中产生的高温烟气蕴含余温能量,如何高效对烟气余热回收备受关注。该文从过量空气系数影响燃烧与热损失、冷凝水含汽化潜热可提高效率、对流换热面积、空气温度影响燃烧4个方面深入剖析高温烟气余热利用影响。针对这些,提出优化燃烧效能、提升换热效率、多级串联换热器等方式提高高温烟气利用率。为提高锅炉热效率、节能降耗及环保提供参考。With the advancement of the dual carbon goal,China will build a diversified heating energy system dominated by gas heating,assisted by electric heating,and supplemented by other clean energy sources.The high-temperature flue gas generated during operation of the WNS gas-fired hot water boiler contains residual temperature energy.How to efficiently recover flue gas waste heat has attracted much attention.This paper deeply analyzes the impact of waste heat utilization of high-temperature flue gas from four aspects:excess air coefficient affects combustion and heat loss,condensate water contains latent heat of vaporization can improve efficiency,convective heat transfer area,and air temperature affects combustion.In response to these,methods such as optimizing combustion efficiency,improving heat exchange efficiency,and multi-stage series heat exchangers are proposed to improve the utilization of high-temperature flue gas.It provides a reference for improving boiler thermal efficiency,saving energy and reducing consumption and environmental protection.
