摘　　要：随着不动产市场的快速发展,数据安全与共享成为该领域迫切需要解决的问题。该研究从区块链技术的应用切入,探讨不动产多源异构数据的安全共享模型。通过分析不动产数据的特性,明确数据保护的需求和挑战。该研究构建一个基于区块链技术的多层次、分布式的数据共享模型,使数据存储在去中心化的节点上,保障数据的真实性、不可篡改性和追溯性。该模型采用智能合约实现数据访问控制,确保数据共享的安全性和高效性。研究结果表明,该模型能有效提高不动产数据的安全共享能力,促进数据流通,为不动产市场的健康发展提供技术支持。With the rapid development of the real estate market,data security and sharing have become urgent issues that need to be addressed in this field.This study explores a secure sharing model for multi-source heterogeneous real estate data through the application of blockchain technology.By analyzing the characteristics of real estate data,we identify the needs and challenges of data protection.We propose a multi-layered,distributed data sharing model based on blockchain,which stores data on decentralized nodes,ensuring the authenticity,immutability,and traceability of the data.This model utilizes smart contracts to implement data access control,ensuring the security and efficiency of data sharing.The results indicate that this model can effectively enhance the secure sharing capabilities of real estate data,promote data circulation,and provide technical support for the healthy development of the real estate market.
