现浇盖梁支撑体系设计与受力分析

摘  要:该文从南京至盐城高速公路工程出发,研究盖梁施工支撑体系。基于盖梁在桥梁建设中的关键作用和现浇盖梁支撑体系现状,以该工程施工条件为依据,包括地质条件与主要结构物等,对盖梁施工工艺进行比选,选定抱箍法进行施工。对于其临时支撑体系设计,借助Midas Civil软件进行受力分析,验证所选构件是否符合要求。在此基础上进一步指出施工中抱箍安全性、支架卸落、抱箍安拆等风险,提出应对措施,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。Starting from the Nanjing-Yancheng Expressway project,this paper studies the support system for cap beam construction.Based on the key role of the cap beam in bridge construction and the current situation of the cast-in-place cap beam support system,based on the construction conditions of the project,including geological conditions and main structures,the cap beam construction technology was compared and selected,and the hoop method was selected for construction.For the design of its temporary support system,Midas Civil software was used to conduct force analysis to verify whether the selected members met the requirements.On this basis,risks such as hoop safety,bracket unloading,and hoop installation and demolition during construction are further pointed out,and countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for similar projects.
