摘　　要：随着信息化、数字化技术的快速发展,制造企业中的产品数据信息能否在各个制造环节之间进行快速、准确地获取和传递,在一定程度上反映出企业的实际竞争力。该文重点研究通过搭建结构化工艺设计系统,利用结构化工艺设计,上承产品三维设计模型的数据信息,再将自身的数据信息和继承的数据信息加工处理后,传递给制造、质量检验等相关单位生产制造产品,实现设计工艺制造检验数据贯通,提升企业数字化技术水平和竞争力。With the rapid development of informatization and digital technology,whether product data information in manufacturing enterprises can be quickly and accurately obtained and transmitted between various manufacturing links reflects the actual competitiveness of the enterprise to a certain extent.This paper focuses on building a structured process design system,using structured process design to inherit the data information of the product's three-dimensional design model,and then processing its own data information and the inherited data information,and then transmitting it to manufacturing,quality inspection and other related units to produce and manufacture products,realize the integration of design process,manufacturing inspection data,and improve the digital technical level and competitiveness of enterprises.
