摘　　要：在剖析合成部队指控链路内涵特点的基础上,聚焦作战运用、功能作用、指挥信息3个方面开展链路能力需求分析,研究提出指控链路5类典型能力建设指标;从“筹划、建网、成链、管维”4个维度,系统设计指控链路的具体构建流程和实现步骤。以“信火特一体多域精确战”筹划计划和行动控制需求为典型应用背景,系统分析基于典型编组的指挥控制链具体构成,设计合成部队指控链路组织运用模式,为开展合成部队指控链路规范化建设和链路运行优化提供有效的方法指导。On the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the command and control chain of the composite force,the link capability requirements analysis was carried out focusing on three aspects:combat application,functional role,and command information,and five typical capabilities building indicators of the command and control chain were studied and proposed.From the four dimensions of"planning,building a network,forming a chain,and managing maintenance",the specific construction process and implementation steps of the command and control chain were systematically designed.Taking the planning plan and action control requirements of"Information,Fire,Special Integrated Multi-domain Precision Warfare"as a typical application background,the specific composition of the command and control chain based on typical formations is systematically analyzed,and the organization and application model of the command and control chain of the composite force is designed,which provides effective method guidance for the standardized construction of the command and control chain and optimization of the link operation.
