摘 要:该文依托石家庄市北部片区城市基础设施提升改造工程,对公路桥梁的多向变位梳形板伸缩缝安装使用质量进行研究和测试分析。该研究通过对多向变位梳形板伸缩缝的定义、材料选择进行分析,研制一种新型多向变位梳形板伸缩缝。利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对新型多向变位梳形板进行结构重建,在不同工况约束、荷载作用下,根据其结构强度和应力属性联系,研究不同车速下的最大主应力变化,对混凝土抗拉性能进行分析、优化和提高,延长混凝土疲劳寿命。研究结果表明,多向变位梳形板伸缩缝能够有效应对桥梁的多方向变位和各种外部荷载,可以帮助提升桥梁的整体性能,并延长使用寿命。Based on the urban infrastructure improvement and reconstruction project in the northern area of Shijiazhuang City,this paper studies and tests the installation and use quality of multi-directional displacement comb-plate expansion joints of highway bridges.In this study,a new type of multi-directional displacement comb-plate expansion joint was developed by analyzing the definition and material selection of multi-directional displacement comb-plate expansion joint.The finite element ABAQUS was used to reconstruct the structure of the new multi-directional displacement comb-plate.Under different working conditions and loads,according to the relationship between its structural strength and stress properties,the maximum principal stress changes under different vehicle speeds were studied,and the tensile properties of concrete were analyzed,optimized and improved to extend the fatigue life of concrete.The research results show that multi-directional displacement comb-plate expansion joints can effectively cope with multi-directional displacements and various external loads of the bridge,and can help improve the overall performance of the bridge and extend its service life.
