摘 要:为保证隧道二次衬砌施工质量,确保后期运营安全,该文以云南省勐腊县勐远至关累口岸高速公路芒果树隧道为背景,采用纵向连续灌注台车,对隧道二衬混凝土纵向连续灌注施工工艺进行研究,旨在有效解决隧道二次衬砌拱顶混凝土厚度不足、背后脱空、不密实等常见质量缺陷难题。结果表明,隧道二衬混凝土纵向连续灌注工艺的使用,不仅可以提升二次衬砌混凝土内在和外观质量,而且能够实现机械化减人、降低劳动强度。后续通过更多数据的积累,结合二次衬砌无损检测结果,还能够分析总结混凝土工作性能、泵送压力和退枪速度的相互关系,分析对比2种防脱空压力传感器的监测效果和成本,改进优化设备配置,为隧道二次衬砌混凝土施工工艺提升和隧道机械化配套提供更多参考。In order to ensure the construction quality of the secondary lining of the tunnel and ensure the safety of later operation,based on the Mangoshu Tunnel on the Mengyuanguenlei Port Expressway in Mengla County,Yunnan Province,the longitudinal continuous pouring trolley was used to study the longitudinal continuous pouring construction process of the secondary lining of the tunnel,aiming to effectively solve common quality defects such as insufficient thickness of the tunnel's secondary lining vault concrete,void at the back,and untightness.The results show that the use of the longitudinal continuous pouring process of secondary lining concrete in tunnels can not only improve the intrinsic and appearance quality of secondary lining concrete,but also achieve mechanized reduction of labor and labor intensity.Subsequent accumulation of more data and combined with the results of non-destructive testing of the secondary lining,it is also possible to analyze and summarize the interrelationship between concrete working performance,pumping pressure and gun withdrawal speed,analyze and compare the monitoring effects and costs of the two anti-void pressure sensors,improve and optimize equipment configuration,so as to provide more reference for improving the secondary lining concrete construction process of the tunnel and tunnel mechanization.
