摘　　要：文章以浙江大学集成一体式机能智慧教学实验室为例,探讨依托数字化赋能的文化建设,打造“最美实验室”。通过介绍实验室的管理及制度建设和文化建设亮点,突出实验室在提升教学效率、保障实验安全和培养创新型医学人才方面的重要作用。最后,提出一套长期运维方案,以期为医学教育领域相关实验室的建设提供参考和借鉴。Taking the intelligent integrated functional teaching laboratory as an example,this article explores the construction of“the most beautiful laboratory”in Zhejiang University,based on cultural construction empowered by digitalization.This paper introduces the construction of management system and the highlights of the cultural construction,and it emphasizes out the important role that the laboratory plays in improving teaching efficiency,ensuring experimental safety,and cultivating innovative medical talents.Finally,a long-term operation and maintenance plan is proposed to provide reference for laboratory construction in other medical fields.
