摘 要:院校教员肩负着“立德树人、为战育人”的神圣使命,“知战晓战”能力素质将直接影响军事人才培养质效。关键人物角色对晓战能力生成具有深层次的影响,为探究人物关系对晓战教员的成长影响机理,利用实证研究数据构建了晓战教员人物关系图谱模型。首先,利用行为事件访谈法采集文本数据并进行结构化处理作为原始研究数据;然后,通过人物信息抽取、信息融合等方法构建人物关系图谱模型;最后,以晓战教员为研究对象构建人物关系图谱,结合访谈数据分析关键人物对晓战教员成长的影响机理,从而为院校提高晓战教员队伍质量提供参考和借鉴。Instructors in military academies bear the sacred mission of“cultivating virtues and educating for war”,and their ability to“know and understand warfare”will directly affect the quality and effectiveness of military talent cultivation.Key roles have a profound impact on the development of the ability to understand warfare.To explore the mechanism by which social relationships influence the growth of instructors who understand warfare,an empirical study was conducted to build a model of the social relationship map of such instructors.First,textual data were collected using behavioral event interview methods and were processed in a structured manner as the original research data.Then,through methods such as personal information extraction and information fusion,a social relationship map model was constructed.Finally,instructors who understand warfare were taken as the research subjects to build a social relationship map,and the influence of key individuals on their growth was analyzed in combination with interview data.This provides reference and insights for military academies to improve the quality of their teams of instructors who understand warfare.
