摘　　要：就业指导课程是高校开展就业指导的主渠道,在高校毕业生实现高质量充分就业的过程中发挥着重要推动作用。通过对17个省份64所高校的调查,采用李克特五点计分法,对现行的就业指导课程内容设计、教学方法运用、学生主体地位、课程理论高度、实践特征彰显等进行考察。实证分析发现,大学生对课程内容设计、问题分析和理论高度方面的评价较差。大学生就业指导课程面临着课程设置衔接性不足、课程内容教育功能不强、课程开展方式粗放和教师队伍专业性不足的现实问题。为促进高校毕业生高质量充分就业,提高就业指导的成效,应构建全程化就业指导课程体系,实施精细化就业指导课程模式,打造专业化就业指导教师队伍。The employment guidance course is the main channel for colleges and universities to provide employment guidance,playing an important role in promoting high-quality full employment for college and university graduates.Through a survey of 64 colleges and universities in 17 provinces,using the Likert 5-point scoring method,the current employment guidance course content design,teaching method application,student subject status,course theoretical height,and practical characteristics are examined.Empirical analysis show that college and university students have poor evaluations to course content design,problem analysis,and theoretical height.The employment guidance courses for college and university students face practical problems such as insu.cient coherence in course design,weak educational function of course content,extensive course implementation methods,and insufficient professionalism of the teaching sta..To promote high-quality full employment of college and university graduates and improve the effect of employment guidance,a comprehensive employment guidance curriculum system should be established,a re.ned employment guidance curriculum model should be implemented,and a professional employment guidance teacher team should be created.
