摘 要:民族地区教育工作创新力是新时代民族地区教育综合改革合力的重要组成部分,也是民族地区教育高质量发展的关键抓手。新质生产力作为科技创新和产业变革的集成成果,具有显著的创新驱动特征,为民族地区教育高质量发展提供了强有力的技术支持和创新路径。当前,部分民族地区教育工作仍面临着教育创新发展内生驱动力不足以及优质教育资源创新整合相对滞碍等问题。究其原因,主要在于教育工作未能充分融合新质生产力的优势与力量。因此,文章认为构建新质生产力赋能下民族地区教育工作创新力的六重逻辑尤为重要,具体包括学校教育革新力、学生学习创新力、教师创新实践力、科研成果转化力、资源共建共享力和育人环境协同力;并提出推进“人工智能+教育”的民族地区教育高质量发展学科平台建设,开发民族地区“创新实训”学生项目,构建民族地区卓越教师创新力培养体系,完善民族地区教育高质量发展研究协作平台,完善民族地区数字化教育资源体系,建设铸牢中华民族共同体意识数字化思政文化管理体系这六步具体实践进路,由此构建出新质生产力赋能民族地区教育工作创新力模型。The innovative capacity of education in ethnic areas constitutes a vital part in the comprehensive reform of education in these areas in the new era,and it is also a key lever for the high-quality development of education in ethnic areas.As the integrated result of technological innovation and industrial transformation,new quality productive forces has distinct innovation-driven characteristics,providing robust technological support and innovative pathways for the high-quality development of education in ethnic areas.Currently,education in some ethnic areas is still faced with challenges such as insufficient endogenous driving forces for innovation and obstacles in the innovative integration of high-quality educational resources,which mainly results from the failure to fully integrate the advantages and strengths of new quality productive forces into educational practices.Therefore,this paper puts forward the logic of empowering innovative capacity of education in ethnic areas through new quality productive forces in the following six aspects:innovative capacity of school education,innovative capacity of student learning,practice capacity of teacher innovation,transformation capacity of research achievements,capacity of resource co-construction and sharing,and the collaborative development of educational environments.The paper also proposes the following six practical approaches:advancing the construction of an"Al+Education"disciplinary platform for the high-quality development of education in ethnic areas,developing"innovation training"projects for students in these areas,building a training system of innovative capacity for excellent teachers,improving research collaboration platforms for the high-quality development of education,enhancing the resource system of digital education in ethnic areas,and establishing a digital ideological,political and cultural management system to forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,which establishes a model for empowering innovative capacity of education in et
