摘　　要：在强国建设、民族复兴的伟大实践中,中国共产党提出了铸牢中华民族共同体意识等一系列原创性理念,形成了新时代党关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想。基于历史、道理、学理和哲理相结合的立场来看,加强和改进民族工作的思想深刻反映了党的民族工作历史就是中国化马克思主义民族理论不断创新发展的历史;新时代党关于加强和改进民族工作重要思想既是坚持“两个结合”特别是“第二个结合”的理论成果,又是践行好“六个必须坚持”的思想和行动指南。只有掌握并运用好蕴含于其中的方法论,才能不断推进马克思主义民族理论中国化时代化创新发展的新篇章。In the great practice of building a strong China and rejuvenating the Chinese nation,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has put forward a series of original conccpts such as forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and laid the important principles for strengthening and improving ethnic work in the new era.From the perspective of combining history,reason,theory and philosophy,the process of profoundly strengthening and improving ethnic work reflects that the history of CPC's ethnic work is the history of continuous innovation and development of a Sinicized Marxist ethnic theory.The Party's important thoughts on strengthening and improving ethnic work in the new era is not only a theoretical achievement of adhering to the"two combinations",especially the"second combination",that is,combining Marxism with Chinese culture,but also an ideological and action guide for practicing the"six commitments".Only by mastering and applying the methodology contained in it can we achieve new success in the Sinicization,modernization,innovation and development of Marxist ethnic theories.
