以“治理兴村、产业富村、文化润村、生态美村”推进边疆民族地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识--基于云南省现代化边境幸福村项目的研究

摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是党的民族工作和民族地区各项工作的主线,是推动边疆民族地区高质量发展的现实路径和价值引领。目前,边疆民族地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识中仍然面临着意识形态渗透威胁、经济发展相对滞缓、多元民族文化差异、生产生活方式守旧等现实挑战。为了切实推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识,在中国式现代化建设进程中推动地方经济社会高质量发展,针对本省实际,云南省启动实施了现代化边境幸福村项目,以“治理兴村”强化政治引领,以“产业富村”奠定物质基础,以“文化润村”夯实精神支撑,以“生态美村”实现生态保障,以边疆民族地区“政治-经济-文化-生态”领域的客观形态变化推动“政治共同体意识-经济共同体意识-文化共同体意识-生态共同体意识”的主观感知铸牢,在有形有感有效上用力,增强了人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感,有效地推进了铸牢中华民族共同体意识。Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the guiding principle of the CPC's ethnic work and various work of local governments in ethnic areas,and it is the practical pathway and value guidance for promoting high-quality development in border ethnic areas.At present,the process of forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation in the frontier ethnic areas is still challenged by ideological infiltration,relatively slow economic development,cultural differences among multiple ethnic groups,and backward production and living styles.In order to effectively forge a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation and promote the high-quality development of local economy and society following the Chinese path to modernization,Yunnan Province has launched and implemented the Modernized Border Happy Village Project in response to its actual situations,strengthening political leadership in"prospering villages with governance",laying the material foundation in"enriching villages with industries",consolidating the spiritual support in"enlightening villages with culture",achieving ecological security in"beautifying villages with ecology".The project promotes the subjective perception and enhancement of"political,economic,cultural and ecological community of sense" through objective changes in the fields of"politics-economy-culture-ecology"in the border ethnic areas,making the process tangible,sensible and effective,promoting people's sense of gain,happiness,and security,and ultimately forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation.
