摘　　要：国际移民与现代化的互动呈现出动态、多向的特征,体现为制度变迁、价值重构和文明互鉴等多个层面。现代化进程推动了国际移民生活方式的深刻变革,国际移民也通过资本和智力投入为住在国和祖籍国的现代化进程注入发展动能。这种互动不仅促进了双方的认同重构和理解共振,也提升了国家形象和文化影响力,形成了现代化发展的良性循环。以中国式现代化为例,华侨华人由于具备中国和世界的双重属性,在经济、文化、科技、教育等领域发挥着独特作用,推动中国与世界各国开展互利合作。为更好发挥这一群体在现代化进程中的积极作用,需要通过政策引导和环境营造,激发其创新活力和参与热情,推动中国式现代化向更高水平发展。The interaction between international migration and modernization is characterized by dynamics and multiple directions,encompassing institutional transformation,value reconstruction,and civilization exchange.The process of modernization has profoundly transformed the lifestyles of international migrants who injected momentum into the modernization processes of both their host and home countries through their contributions of capital and intellect.This interaction not only fosters mutual identity reconstruction and resonance in understanding but also enhances national image and cultural influence,creating a virtuous cycle of modernization.Taking Chinese path to modernization as an example,overseas Chinese,with their dual attributes of being connected to both China and the world,play a unique role in the fields of economy,culture,science and technology,and education,promoting mutually beneficial cooperation between China and other countries.To better leverage the positive role of overseas Chinese in the modernization process,it is essential to stimulate their innovative vitality and active participation with policy guidance and create conducive environments,driving Chinese path to modernization to higherlevels.
