摘  要:以结构色中空二氧化硅纳米微球(H-SiO_(2))为生色组分、硬脂酸(SA)为相变组分,制备了彩色相变涂料(H-SiO_(2)@SA);然后,以水性丙烯酸乳液(WA)为黏合剂,通过在基质上依次刷涂WA、H-SiO_(2)@SA、WA制备了非虹彩结构色调温涂层(WA/H-SiO_(2)@SA/WA)。采用SEM、XRD、TGA、DSC对样品进行了表征,通过光纤光谱仪考察了H-SiO_(2)粒径和涂层颜色、反射光谱的关系,通过酸碱浸泡、摩擦、水冲洗和温度调变实验考察了H-SiO_(2)@SA中SA质量分数对涂层性能的影响。结果表明,粒径为316、342、402 nm的H-SiO_(2)微球分别呈现紫色、蓝色、绿色,H-SiO_(2)具有的非虹彩结构色赋予涂层颜色无角度依赖性的光学特性;SA质量分数为65%的H-SiO_(2)@SA所制备的绿色调温涂层WA/H-SiO_(2)@SA/WA-65%熔融相变焓和结晶相变焓分别为-70.01和67.57 J/g,在100℃内具有良好的定形效果;在20~100℃下具有稳定的光学性能,可经100次加热-冷却循环使用,且经过强酸(pH=1)、强碱(pH=14)溶液处理、100次摩擦及水流冲洗等环境作用,涂层颜色仍维持稳定,具有良好的颜色稳定性;涂层WA/H-SiO_(2)@SA/WA-65%在150℃以内不发生热失重,具有良好的热稳定性,其相变焓和相变温度经100次热循环后均无明显变化;涂层WA/H-SiO_(2)@SA/WA-65%具有良好的相变调温能力,在加热(65.2~70.1℃)和冷却(57.5~62.4℃)过程中均表现出明显控温平台。Colored thermoregulation paint(H-SiO_(2)@SA)was prepared using hollow silica nanospheres(H-SiO_(2))as chromogenic component and stearic acid(SA)as phase change component.Using waterborne acrylic emulsion(WA)as binder,the non-iridescent structural color thermoregulating coatings(WA/H-SiO_(2)@SA/WA)were fabricated by brushing WA,H-SiO_(2)@SA,and WA subsequently on the substrate.The samples were characterized by SEM,XRD,TGA and DSC.The relationship between particle size of H-SiO_(2)and color as well as reflection spectrum of coating was analyzed through fiber optic spectrometer.The effect of SA mass fraction in H-SiO_(2)@SA on the properties of coating was evaluated based on acid-base soaking,friction,water washing,and temperature modulation experiments.The results showed that H-SiO_(2)microspheres with particle sizes of 316,342,and 402 nm presented color purple,blue,and green,respectively,and the non-iridescent structural color possessed by H-SiO_(2)endowed the coating with optical characteristics of color without angular dependence.The green coating WA/H-SiO_(2)@SA/WA-65%prepared from H-SiO_(2)@SA with a SA mass fraction of 65%displayed a enthalpy of melting and crystallization of-70.01 and 67.57 J/g respectively,with a good shaping effect at 100℃.The coating also exhibited stable optical properties at 20~100℃and was capable of enduring 100 heating-cooling cycles.In addition,after being treated with strong acid(pH=1)and strong alkali(pH=14)solutions,100 frictions,water washing,and other environmental effects,the coating still maintained original color,indicating good color stability.The coating WA/H-SiO_(2)@SA/WA-65%also displayed excellent thermal stability without weight loss within 150℃,and its enthalpy of phase change and temperature of phase change did not change significantly after 100 thermal cycles.Moreover,the coating WA/H-SiO_(2)@SA/WA-65%displayed good phase transition thermoregulation capacity,showed obvious temperature control platform within ranges of 65.2~70.1℃for heating and 57.5~62.4℃for
