摘  要:以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)为基体、倍他环糊精(β-CD)或乙二胺改性倍他环糊精(mβ-CD)为填料、乙基环己烷(EC)和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为溶剂,采用溶液共混法分别制备了一系列β-CD/MAPP膜和mβ-CD/MAPP膜。采用FTIR、XRD、TGA、SEM对其进行了表征。考察了β-CD和mβ-CD添加量(以MAPP的质量计,下同)对β-CD/MAPP膜、mβ-CD/MAPP膜的H_(2)渗透率、H_(2)/CH_(4)分离选择性的影响。结果表明,环糊精分子具有的中空腔体结构疏松了膜微结构,提高了膜的H_(2)渗透率;环糊精与MAPP间良好的键合作用进一步改善了膜的H_(2)/CH_(4)分离选择性。β-CD和mβ-CD的加入可以提高MAPP膜的H_(2)/CH_(4)分离性能;随着β-CD添加量的增加,β-CD/MAPP膜的H_(2)渗透率从448 mol/(m^(2)·s)增至519 mol/(m^(2)·s),H_(2)/CH_(4)分离选择性先增加后减小,β-CD添加量50%制备的β-CD/MAPP膜具有最高的H_(2)/CH_(4)分离选择性(66.6),为MAPP膜的H_(2)/CH_(4)分离选择性(11.7)的5.7倍;随着mβ-CD添加量的增加,mβ-CD/MAPP膜的H_(2)渗透率从410 mol/(m^(2)·s)增至489 mol/(m^(2)·s),H_(2)/CH_(4)分离选择性先增加后减小,mβ-CD添加量50%制备的β-CD/MAPP膜具有最高的H_(2)/CH_(4)分离选择性(73.7),为MAPP膜的(11.7)的6.3倍。相同填料添加量下,β-CD/MAPP膜比mβ-CD/MAPP膜的H_(2)渗透率高,但H_(2)/CH_(4)分离选择性低。A series ofβ-CD/MAPP membranes and mβ-CD/MAPP membranes were prepared by solution blending method using maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(MAPP)as matrix,betacyclodextrin(β-CD)or ethylenediamine-modified betacyclodextrin(mβ-CD)as fillers,ethyl cyclohexane(EC)and N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC)as solvents,and characterized by FTIR,XRD,TGA and SEM.The effects ofβ-CD and mβ-CD addition amount(based on the mass of MAPP,the same below)on the H_(2)permeability and H_(2)/CH_(4)selectivity of the membranes obtained were evaluated and analyzed.The results showed that cyclodextrin molecules with a hollow cavity structure loosened the membrane microstructure and improved the H_(2)permeability of membrane,while the bonding between cyclodextrin and MAPP further enhanced the H_(2)/CH_(4)selectivity,therefore,the addition ofβ-CD and mβ-CD promoted the H_(2)/CH_(4)separation performance of MAPP membrane.With the increase ofβ-CD addition amount,the H_(2)permeability ofβ-CD/MAPP membrane increased from 448 mol/(m^(2)·s)to 519 mol/(m^(2)·s),while the H_(2)/CH_(4)separation selectivity increased first and then decreased,with theβ-CD/MAPP membrane prepared with addition amount of 50%β-CD exhibiting the highest H_(2)/CH_(4)selectivity of 66.6,5.7 times that of MAPP membrane(11.7).With the increase of mβ-CD addition amount,the H_(2)permeability of mβ-CD/MAPP membrane also increased from 410 mol/(m^(2)·s)to 489 mol/(m^(2)·s),and the H_(2)/CH_(4)separation selectivity increased first and then decreased,with theβ-CD/MAPP membrane prepared with 50%mβ-CD displaying the highest H_(2)/CH_(4)separation selectivity(73.7),which was 6.3 times that of MAPP membrane(11.7).In summary,the H_(2)permeability ofβ-CD/MAPP membranes was higher than that of mβ-CD/MAPP membranes,but the H_(2)/CH_(4)selectivity was lower when the same amount of the two fillers were added.
