摘 要:将多种金属离子改性的三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)(简称J-MPP,其中,J代表金属离子)与二乙基次膦酸铝(ADP)复配,得到的协同阻燃体系与玻纤增强聚酰胺6(PA6/GF)复合制备了PA6/GF/J-MPP复合材料。采用FTIR、XRD、SEM、EDS对J-MPP进行了表征,通过摆锤式冲击试验机、微型控制电子万能试验机、锥形量热仪、氧指数测定仪、水平垂直燃烧测定仪和热失重分析仪考察了不同J-MPP对PA6/GF/J-MPP复合材料力学性能、阻燃性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,经Mg^(2+)改性的PA6/GF/Mg-MPP复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲模量和缺口冲击强度分别为148.5 MPa、9184.4 MPa和8.5 kJ/m^(2),比未改性的PA6/GF/MPP复合材料分别提升了6.7%、9.6%和14.9%;PA6/GF/J-MPP复合材料表现出更优异的阻燃性能,特别是经Al^(3+)表面改性的PA6/GF/Al-MPP复合材料,在垂直燃烧测试中达到UL-94的V-0等级,极限氧指数高达31.7%,总热释放量减至139.1 MJ/m^(2),800℃残炭量提升至41.5%,Al-MPP能显著提升PA6/GF复合材料在燃烧时的凝聚相阻燃效果。Various metal ions modified melamine polyphosphate(MPP)(abbreviated as J-MPP,where J stands for metal ions)was compounded with aluminum diethylphosphinate(ADP)for the flame-retardant modification of glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 6(PA6/GF)to obtain(PA6/GF/J-MPP)composites.J-MPP was characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM and EDS.The effects of different J-MPP on mechanical properties,flame retardant properties and thermal stability of PA6/GF/J-MPP composites were analyzed via pendulum impact testing machine,micro control electronic universal testing machine,cone calorimeter,oxygen index measuring instrument,horizontal and vertical combustion measuring instrument and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that the tensile strength,bending modulus and notch impact strength of PA6/GF/J-MPP composites modified by Mg^(2+)were 148.5 MPa,9184.4 MPa and 8.5 kJ/m^(2),respectively,which were 6.7%,9.6%and 14.9%higher than those of the unmodified PA6/GF/MPP composites.PA6/GF/J-MPP composites exhibited better flame retardant properties,especially,Al^(3+)surface-modified MPP(Al-MPP)PA6/GF/Al-MPP composites(PA6/GF/Al-MPP)passed UL-94 V-0 rating in vertical burning tests,with a limiting oxygen index of 31.7%.The PA6/GF/Al-MPP composites showed a lower total heat release of 139.1 MJ/m^(2)and a higher char residue of 41.5%at 800℃,demonstrating that Al-MPP enhanced the PA6/GF composite's flame retardant function in the condensed phase.
