摘  要:利用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTMS)和苯基三乙氧基硅烷(PTES)提供亲水性—NH2和疏水性苯基(—Ph),采用水包油乳液界面诱导相分离的溶胶-凝胶一步法制备了两亲型Janus片(α-Janus-β)。将α-Janus-β作为功能填料加入到水性环氧树脂(WEP)中,制备了α-Janus-β/WEP复合涂层。通过FTIR、Zeta电位、SEM和EDS对Janus片进行了表征,采用水、油乳化性能测试评价了Janus片的两亲性;通过盐雾耐腐蚀、电化学和水接触角测试,考察了APTMS和PTES质量比对α-Janus-β/WEP复合涂层防护性能的影响。结果表明,APTMS、PETS质量分别为0.40、0.20 g时制备的α4-Janus-β_(2)具有最佳的各项性能;α4-Janus-β_(2)含量为WEP质量的3%时制备的复合涂层3%α4-Janus-β_(2)/WEP疏水性、耐腐蚀性等防护性能最佳,水接触角为90°,电化学阻抗在30 d后仍可达到3.70×10^(7)Ω·cm^(2),经过60 d盐雾测试后仍具有防护能力。α4-Janus-β_(2)在WEP内分散性良好,疏水侧自取向构筑阻隔保护层,显著提升了WEP涂层的疏水性、耐腐蚀性等防护性能。Amphiphilic Janus sheets(α-Janus-β)were synthesized from one-step sol-gel reaction via interface-induced phase separation of oil-in-water emulsion with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTMS)providing hydrophilic amino groups(—NH2)and phenyltriethoxysilane(PTES)providing hydrophobic phenyl(—Ph),and added as functional filler to water-based epoxy resin(WEP)to obtainα-Janus-β/WEP composite coatings,which were then characterized by FTIR,Zeta potential,SEM and EDS.The amphiphilicity of the Janus sheets was evaluated via analysis on their emulsification performance in water and oil.The effects of the mass ratio of APTMS to PETS on the protective properties ofα-Janus-β/WEP composite coatings were analyzed by salt spray corrosion resistance,electrochemical and water contact angle tests.The results showed thatα4-Janus-β_(2)prepared from 0.40 g APTMS and 0.20 g PETS displayed the best properties.The 3%α4-Janus-β_(2)/WEP composite coating havingα4-Janus-β_(2)accounting for 3%of the mass of WEP,exhibited the best protection properties such as hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance,with the water contact angle of 90°,and the electrochemical impedance still reaching 3.70×10^(7)Ω·cm^(2)after 30 d.In addition,the composite coating remained protection property after 60 d of salt spray testing.α4-Janus-β_(2)displayed good dispersion in WEP,and the hydrophobic side was self-oriented to build a protective barrier layer,which significantly improved the hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of WEP coating.
