摘  要:利用羟基丙烯酸树脂、异氰酸酯预聚物以及环氧树脂有机地结合,制备出了羟基丙烯酸树脂-异氰酸酯预聚物-环氧树脂三体系IPN互穿网络树脂成膜物。经DSC分析,当羟基丙烯酸树脂与环氧树脂的质量比为7∶3时,所形成的IPN结构聚合物相容性最好。采用阻尼性能较好的片状云母粉填料,研究了不同粒径下的阻尼填料在涂料中的阻尼效果,结果显示,含37μm云母粉填料的涂层阻尼因子最高。采用三水平三因素设计了互穿网络型阻尼涂料的配方,获得了附着力为8.9 MPa和阻尼因子达0.72的涂层,证明了所制备的互穿网络型阻尼涂料具有较好的减振降噪特性。An IPN film-forming material comprising hydroxy acrylic resin,isocyanate prepolymer and epoxy resin was successfully developed.DCS analysis indicated that the optimal compatibility of the IPN polymer was achieved when the mass ratio of hydroxy acrylic resin to epoxy resin was 7∶3.The study utilized flake mica powder filler with superior damping properties to investigate the damping effects of fillers with varying particle size in coatings.The result demonstrated that the coating containing 37μm mica powder filler exhibited the highest damping factor.A three-level three-factor design was adopted to develop an IPN damping coatings formula,which achieved a coating with adhesion strength of 8.9 MPa and damping factor of 0.72.The results demonstrated that the prepared IPN damping coatings exhibited excellent vibration damping and nois e reduction characteristics.
