摘 要:在金属清洗应用中,低温清洗和低泡是现在的主流趋势。着重探究一种浊点在20℃附近的新型直链醇烷氧基化物TERGITOL^(TM) LFE R-19,与市场上主流的相近浊点异构醇烷氧基化物L和直链醇烷氧基化物F在金属清洗中的应用对比。研究了低浊点表面活性剂单独使用以及与其他具有较好清洁力的中高浊点表面活性剂混合使用时的乳化能力、泡沫性能和清洁力等基本性能。根据评价结果,TERGITOL^(TM)LFE R-19无论是配制成表面活性剂水溶液使用、在清洗配方中单独使用,还是与中高浊点表面活性剂混合使用,都具有十分优异的泡沫抑制性能。In metal cleaning applications,low temperature and low foam are currently the prevailing trends.This study focuses on the performance comparison between a novel straight-chain alcohol alkoxy TERGITOL^(TM)LFE R-19,with a cloud point around 20℃,and two frequently utilized low cloud point,low foam surfactants:isomeric alcohol alkoxy L and linear alcohol alkoxy F.The emulsifying ability,foam performance,and oil removal capabilities of these low cloud point surfactants were examined when used alone or blended with other medium-high cloud point main detergent surfactants.According to the evaluation results,TERGITOL^(TM)LFE R-19 demonstrates excellent foam control performance,whether used in aqueous solution,as a sole surfactant in cleaning formulations,or in combination with a medium-high cloud point main detergent.In conclusion,the novel nonionic surfactant TERGITOL^(TM)LFE R-19 exhibits remarkable foam control ability,excellent emulsification and comparable detergency with market benchmarks,making it a promising candidate for future metal cleaning applications.
