摘  要:电荷放大器的校准方式决定了校准工作的效率及数据可靠性,为了提高电荷放大器校准效率,降低误操作对电荷放大器的损坏,对电荷放大器硬件系统进行配置;基于LabVIEW平台程序编制,利用测量设备通信接口,通过上位机对校准设备进行输出控制并且实时采集,根据JJG 338-2013《电荷放大器检定规程》的要求对校准数据进行计算按照预先设定的格式输出,形成校准记录。比对手动校准和自动校准结果,验证自动校准合理性。The calibration method of charge amplifiers determines the efficiency of calibration work and the reliability of data.To improve the calibration efficiency of charge amplifiers and reduce the damage caused by misoperation,the hardware system of the charge amplifier is configured.Based on the LabVIEW platform,a program is developed to utilize the communication interface of the measuring equipment.The upper computer controls the output of the calibration equipment and collects data in real time.According to the requirements of JJG 338-2013“Calibration Regulations for Charge Amplifiers,”the calibration data are calculated and output in a predefined format to form calibration records.By comparing manual and automated calibration results,the rationality of automated calibration is verified.
