摘 要:循环冷却水系统是保障制氧站内各压缩机等动设备安全运行的重要公辅设施。近年来,循环冷却水的余热回收在热电厂颇为常见,而在制氧站很少被应用。加强对循环水热能的回收利用,对企业实现绿色和循环发展具有良好的现实意义。本文针对制氧站内现有的循环水热能回收利用系统进行对比分析,研究开发了一种投资及运行成本低、操作简单的循环冷却水热能回收及利用系统,并应用到实际工程中,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。The circulating cooling water system is an essential auxiliary facility that ensures the safe operation of compressors and other dynamic equipment in oxygen production stations.In recent years,the recovery of waste heat from circulating cooling water has become common in thermal power plants,but it is rarely applied in oxygen production stations.Strengthening the recovery and utilization of heat from circulating water is of great practical significance for enterprises to achieve green and circular development.This paper compares and analyzes the existing heat recovery and utilization systems for circulating water in oxygen production stations and develops a low-investment and low-operating-cost,easy-to-operate system for heat recovery and utilization of circulating cooling water.The system has been applied in actual projects,creating significant economic and social benefits.
