摘  要:随着工业技术的发展,金属材料在各个领域的应用越来越广泛,其安全性和可靠性成为关注的焦点。本研究首先分析了电磁波技术的基本原理及其在金属材料检测中的应用现状,然后详细讨论了该技术在检测金属材料内部和表面缺陷中的有效性,最后还探讨了当前技术面临的挑战和未来发展方向。研究结果表明,基于电磁波技术的金属材料缺陷检测与定位方法具有非接触、高效率和高灵敏度等优点,为提高工业材料检测的质量和安全性提供了有效途径。With the development of industrial technology,the application of metallic materials in various fields is becoming more and more extensive,and their safety and reliability have become the focus of attention.Firstly,this study analyzes the basic principles of electromagnetic wave technology and its current application status in the detection of metallic materials.Then,it discusses in detail the effectiveness of this technology in detecting internal and surface defects in metallic materials.Finally,it explores the challenges faced by the current technology and its future development directions.The research results show that the defect detection and localization method for metallic materials based on electromagnetic wave technology has the advantages of being non-contact,highly efficient,and highly sensitive,providing an effective way to improve the quality and safety of industrial material detection.
