摘  要:充电站的广泛普及,使得充电站服务评价提上日程。本文基于排队论基础,以顾客满意度和充电站收益综合考量最大化为目标函数,完成了现有充电站服务过程的最优化模型。结论表明,合理配置充电设施,可以全面提高充电设备的利用效率,从而验证了所搭建模型的可靠性。With the widespread adoption of charging stations,evaluating the service quality of charging stations has become a priority.This paper,based on queuing theory,aims to optimize the service process of existing charging stations by maximizing a composite objective function that considers both customer satisfaction and charging station revenue.The conclusions indicate that rational allocation of charging facilities can significantly enhance the utilization efficiency of charging equipment,thereby validating the reliability of the proposed model.
