摘  要:在压力容器在生产制造过程中,焊缝的结构形式较多,RT检测对焊缝的几何形状和透照厚度比要求严苛,检测成本高,工作效率低。采用UT检测受工件几何形状和检测面限制,对缺陷依据反射回波的大小来判断。采用PAUT超声检测可实现电子扫描,克服了工件几何形状和扫查面的限制,充分控制探头各个阵元的延时产生不同指向性的超声波束,检测灵敏度高、分辨力和信噪比较好,扫查结果以图谱的形式显示,相比RT胶片可实现图谱电子存档,很好地降低了检测成本。During the production and manufacturing of pressure vessels,the structural forms of welds are diverse.Radiographic Testing(RT)has stringent requirements for the geometric shape of welds and the thickness ratio for radiography,resulting in high inspection costs and low work efficiency.Ultrasonic Testing(UT)is limited by the geometric shape of the workpiece and the inspection surface,and it judges defects based on the size of the reflected echoes.In contrast,Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing(PAUT)can achieve electronic scanning,overcoming the limitations of workpiece geometry and scanning surfaces.By fully controlling the delay of each array element of the probe to generate ultrasonic beams with different directivities,PAUT offers high detection sensitivity,better resolution,and signal-to-noise ratio.The scanning results are displayed in the form of spectra,which can be electronically archived compared to RT films,thereby significantly reducing inspection costs.
