摘 要:紫外线消毒技术应用广泛,但缺乏微生物差异化剂量标准。本研究通过HP-350UVPS测定五类微生物杀灭阈值,发现细菌繁殖体(大肠杆菌LD90=8.5 mJ/cm^(2))敏感性显著高于芽孢(LD90=98.7 mJ/cm^(2))。据此构建三级消毒策略:低风险25 mJ/cm^(2)、中风险50 mJ/cm^(2)、高风险150 mJ/cm^(2)。研究结果为完善国家标准中紫外线剂量分级提供数据支撑,助力消毒质量控制体系优化。Ultraviolet(UV)disinfection technology is widely used but lacks microbial-specific dose standards.This study employed an HP-350UVPS to determine the kill thresholds for five types of microorganisms.It was found that the sensitivity of bacterial vegetative cells(Escherichia coli LD90=8.5 mJ/cm^(2))was significantly higher than that of spores(LD90=98.7 mJ/cm^(2)).Based on these findings,a three-tier disinfection strategy was developed:low risk at 25 mJ/cm^(2),medium risk at 50 mJ/cm^(2),and high risk at 150 mJ/cm^(2).The results provide data support for improving the national standards regarding UV dose stratification and contribute to the optimization of disinfection quality control systems.
