摘　　要：传统的中药材筛分机存在着筛网堵塞和药粉粘连等问题,本文利用TRIZ理论对现有的筛分机进行分析,通过建立组件分析、相互作用分析、因果链分析找到分药效果差的初始问题,再利用功能导向搜索、技术矛盾、物理矛盾、物场模型等工具得出具体解决方案,解决了市场上筛分机器筛网堵塞药粉粘连的问题,为进一步优化筛分机器结构提供了一定的思路。The traditional Chinese medicine screening machine has screen blockage and powder adhesion problems.This paper used TRIZ theory to analyze the existing screening machine,by establishing the component analysis,interaction analysis,causal chain analysis to find drug effect poor initial problem,reusing function oriented search,technical contradiction,contradiction,physical field model tools get specific solution,solving the problem of screening machine screen blockage powder adhesion on the market,to further optimize the screening machine structure provide certain ideas.
