摘　　要：发酵类生物制药是现代医药工业的重要组成部分,其生产工艺的复杂性和严格的质量控制要求对仪表施工提出了极高标准。仪表作为生产过程中的重要监控和控制设备,其安装和调试质量直接关系到整个生产系统的稳定性和产品最终质量。尤其是在发酵类生物制药中,工艺过程需要高度精确的监控和调节,因此,仪表施工的每一个环节都不容忽视。基于此,本文主要分析发酵类生物制药仪表施工要点。Fermentation-based biopharmaceutical manufacturing is an important part of modern pharmaceutical industry.The complexity of its production process and the strict quality control requirements set extremely high standards for instrument construction.Instruments,as important monitoring and control equipment in the production process,directly affect the stability of the entire production system and the final product quality.In fermentation-based biopharmaceutical manufacturing,the process requires highly precise monitoring and adjustment;therefore,every aspect of instrument construction must not be overlooked.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the key points of instrument construction in fermentation-based biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
